What is a Ticket Upgrade?

The Upgrade is the procedure we follow to change the type of ticket:

• From Half Price Ticket to Full Price Ticket;
  This is done by paying the price difference for these tickets*.

This procedure is available on the Mundo Ticket website; here is the step-by-step guide on how to upgrade your ticket.

It is important to note that the Upgrade is only for changing the type of ticket; it is not possible to change the type of ticket or the event date.

Additionally, it is not allowed to change the type of ticket to a lower value; for example, if you purchased a full-price credential, you cannot exchange it for a Half Price Ticket.

*The price difference will be based on the current sales batch of the event.
