I received a gift badge code, how can I redeem the ticket?

• Access the website https://www.mundo-ticket.com/  log into your account, or create an account if you are not registered yet, and then click on the menu;
• After that, you will be directed to this option menu, where you must click on "Gift Badge";
  
• Clicking on "gift badge", the screen below will appear, you must enter your gift badge code in the text box and click on "Validate";

• After validating your code, you will see two options, in "This ticket is for me" the credential will be filled in with your account data.

• If the ticket is for another person select "The ticket will be named after another person" and fill in the data of the person who will receive the ticket and then click on "Send";

• After clicking on "Send", the courtesy will be validated and the ticket will be available in "My Tickets".

If the gift badge was sent to another holder, this person must register with the same e-mail address as the one registered in the gift badge, and then he/she will also be able to see the credential in "My Ticktes".
